About Sara Briseño Gerrish
Sara Briseño Gerrish has been licensed for 22 years & has literally grown up in the real estate business. She is a second generation REALTOR® and earned in broker's license in 2006. Sara attended St. Mary's University where I received my BBA in Marketing & an MBA from Texas A&M-San Antonio and has served at the local, state and national level of the REALTOR® organization. Sara is currently the Chairman of the San Antonio Board of REALTORS®, a board member of Texas REALTORS® and a board member for the National Association of REALTORS®. She is currently on the executive board of the South Texas Business Partnership (formally known as the San Antonio Chamber of Commerce), centennial board for the Junior League of San Antonio and serves on the City of San Antonio's Mayor's Commision on the Status of Women. Sara was recognized as one of Texas REALTORS®' 2019 REALTORS® to Watch, a recipient of the San Antonio Business Journal's 40 under 40 in 2021 and a Texas Business Journal 100 Most Influential Professionals to watch in 2022. Sara is a graduate of Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program, NAHREP (National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals) Leadership Academy, and of both the San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce's Latina Leadership Institute and is the Alexander Briseño Leadership Program. Sara was recently named as the National Association of REALTORS®' Housing Liaison in 2023 and will then be serving on NAR's Leadership team.Sara is passionate about serving San Antonio including advocating for Diversity, Inclusion and Equity issues. She specializes in the city's urban core and first-time homebuyers.
When not selling real estate, Sara enjoys traveling, training for her next race and spending time with her husband, family, friends and two Jack Russell Terriers: Wrigley and Barley.
